Is the boat safe?
This is a coast guard approved vessel. Life jackets, fire extinguishers and other safety equipment as required are on board. All Captains are USCG licensed
Coast guard regulations allow a maximum of (6) six passengers. Big or small, size does not matter, if a seat is occupied it is a passenger. However, a child under the age of 5 will be at a discounted price of $27.00.
Smoking or Pets
This is a non-smoking vessel, No Pets are permitted.
We are not wheelchair assessable. Boarding is by a five-step ladder with railing to a floating dock.
Food and beverages
You may bring your own food and drinks, alcoholic beverages included. You may also order from a restaurant menu. The food and or beverages can be ordered and delivered right to the boat. See restaurant links for menu and prices.
We do not have restroom facilities aboard. It is recommended to use the restaurant’s facilities on the premises before boarding.
Metered parking is available in the building. The garage entrance is located on the East side of the building on Tarpon Drive. Parking is city-controlled by Pay for Park; metered street parking is also available. Our boats are located on the dock next to the building.
What if it rains
The top is waterproof canvass. The sides are clear see-through plastic, they fold up or down, Down forms at totally dry enclosed interior. Up, allows complete cross ventilation. So there is no need to worry about rain.
We are following the touring industry polices of no refunds. There will be no refunds if cancelling within 24 hours of the tour time. Dinner cruise requires a 48 hour notice.
What if I am late for my tour time?
We have a fixed schedule, therefore lateness causes us to shorten the tour or be late for the next tour. We ask you to call us if you are going to be late. We will wait for 10 minutes, should you miss your tour time we can not refund or reschedule your tour.
